Shipping & Return Policy

USA

We ship all US package via USPS. Tracking details are provided through the same email address you order with on all orders. Depending on the weight they either ship First Class Recorded or Priority Mail. First Class packages usually take anywhere from 3-5 business days to be delivered depending on your location. Priority Mail package usually take 1-3 business days depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders to countries outside the USA are shipped via DHL or USPS.

You are able to choose which one you would like at checkout depending on how quickly you want them to arrive. DHL shipping costs may be slightly more expensive than other shipping methods but your package will arrive in 2-5 business days. In our experience DHL they are also more reliable.

Please note international deliveries may be subject to additional customs fees and import tax. Ethos, nor our shipping company, is not responsible for the cost of these additional fees.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP OUT?

We process orders super quickly. Your order will usually ship out same or the next business day. As we ship everything in house if we have a sale or there is a national holiday please allow an extra 1-2 business days for your order to ship out.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

Yes we do ship to P.O. boxes. Please be sure to fill out your address in full. If we see any verification needs to be made to your shipping address before we send out your order we will email you.

 

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return please contact us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@rolowheel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
Exchanges can be placed through returning a product using the link at the top of this page.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
